RESCHEDULED CITY BUDGET OPEN HOUSE GETS UNDERWAY JUNE 14

ST. PETERSBURG, FL (June 13, 2016) - Citizens are invited to share thoughts and priorities with Mayor Rick Kriseman, City Council and city administrators during the rescheduled FY 2017 City Budget Open House June 14, at the Coliseum. The 6 p.m. Open House was to be held June 7 but was postponed due to Tropical Storm Colin. The Coliseum is located at 535 Fourth Ave. N.

From 6 to 7 p.m., citizens will be able to ask questions and share ideas with Mayor Kriseman, City Council members, administrators and city staff from City Development, Public Safety, Neighborhood Affairs, Public Works, General Government, and Leisure Services during breakout sessions. Following public comments, City Council members will have an opportunity to share their budget priorities.

Citizens may also leave budget-related feedback on www.StPeteInnovision.com from June 14-28, during open forums of any regular City Council meeting or during two city budget public hearings September 8 and 22. The budget open house will be rebroadcast throughout the summer on StPeteTV, Bright House Channel 641, and WOW! Channel 15 and Verizon Fi0s Channel 20.
